Ready Family System turns that scattered knowledge into a calm, organized, hand-off-ready set of documents. Not an app that asks you to upload your parent’s medical history to someone’s server — a set of thoughtfully designed forms, checklists, and worksheets your family completes privately, on paper or on your own device.
