Refund & Support Policy
This page is the plain-language version of how we handle refunds and file support. The full legal rules live in our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If anything here and the Terms ever differ, the Terms control — except where the law says otherwise.

The short version
Ready Family System products are digital downloads. Once we have granted access to the files, we are not obligated to refund the purchase — except where we say otherwise here, or where the law requires it.
You can still ask. We review every refund request and decide the outcome. Broken, missing, or unusable files are a support issue: we will replace or re-send them.
Digital products (what we sell today)
Nothing physical ships with a standard purchase. You download the files and keep them on your own device. Digital files cannot be “returned,” so a change of mind after download is not a reason we have to refund.
We also do not refund because a product did not include personalized medical, legal, or financial advice. These are organizational tools. Please read the product page, table of contents, and the Free Readiness Bundle before you buy.
The controlling clause is Returns and Refunds in the Terms.
When we will still help
- If a file is broken, corrupted, incomplete, or will not open, we will fix it or replace it.
- If you lose your files, we will re-send them to the email used at purchase, for as long as we operate.
- Minor updates and corrections to the edition you bought are free.
- If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, we refund what you paid for that order.
- Every request is read by a real person. We usually reply within two business days.
How to ask
Use the Support page. Include the email from your purchase and a short description of the issue. Please do not send medical details.
For a refund request, write within 30 days of purchase when you can. We may still look at later requests, but earlier is easier to review. We decide the outcome unless a law requires a different result.
Rights the law may still give you
Nothing on this page takes away rights you cannot waive. See Your Statutory Rights.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal (called the Right to Cancel in the UK). That right often does not apply to digital content once delivery has started with your consent and you have acknowledged you will lose it. Physical goods and services have their own timelines and exceptions in that same section.
If you are a consumer in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law may give you guarantees we cannot contract out of. See Notice to Australian Consumers.
If we ever ship goods or sell services
Today our catalog is digital. If we later ship physical goods, sell services, or offer memberships, those purchases follow the Terms — including Orders, Shipping and Delivery, and Right of Withdrawal. In short: you may cancel before shipment when we can still stop it; returns and refunds for shipped goods or started services follow the Terms and any law that applies.
