Personal-Use License

When you purchase or download a digital product from Ready Family System, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal and family use only. This is a license to use the product — not a transfer of ownership. All intellectual property rights remain with Ready Family System.

• Use the products for your own family’s care organization and planning.
• Print as many copies as your household needs for personal use.
• Share completed (filled-in) pages with family members, caregivers, and professionals who are directly involved in the same loved one’s care.
• Store the files on your own devices and personal backups.
• Make reasonable personal modifications (handwriting, annotations, or notes) for your own use.

• Resell, rent, lease, lend, or redistribute the digital files (or blank/printed versions of them) in whole or in part, whether for money or free.
• Share, upload, or publish the original download files, templates, or blank pages online, in private groups, file-sharing sites, cloud folders accessible to others, or any public or semi-public location.
• Use the products (or any portion of them) as the basis for a competing commercial product, course, service, template pack, or resource.
• Use the products with multiple client families or in any professional/commercial capacity without a separate professional license.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
• Claim ownership of the designs, structure, text, or templates themselves.
• Reverse-engineer, extract, or recreate the products for distribution or sale.

Care managers, social workers, therapists, agencies, and other professionals who wish to use the products with more than one client family require a separate professional license. That license is not yet available. Contact support if you would like to be notified when it becomes available or to discuss current options.

The products, their design, layout, structure, text, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Ready Family System.

Everything your family writes, types, or fills into the products is entirely yours. You retain full ownership of your personal data and completed content.

The digital products are provided “as is.” Ready Family System makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready Family System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products.

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop using the products and destroy all copies in your possession. Ready Family System reserves the right to pursue available legal remedies for unauthorized use or distribution.
